I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even solved a pricing issue for me. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the clean and comfortable rooms with great toiletries. The hotel's location beside a huge shopping mall with many dining options was perfect. Additionally, their breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room in this hotel, complete with high-quality toiletries and a cozy bed. the buffet restaurant provided a wide range of delicious dishes, and the hotel's fitness room was well-equipped for a good workout. its location was convenient, with only a short walk to both an ancient wall and a beautiful statue.
The language barrier with some staff members proved to be difficult for communication at times. the free internet connection was also quite slow and unreliable, making it challenging to access important information.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Spa & wellness center were fantastic, giving us a true feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation. the room advantages were impressive, with top-notch furnishings and breathtaking views from the private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent, with a wide range of delicious food and drink. the hotel's location advantages were also notable, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the free internet connection, which was slow and unreliable at times. this did not significantly detract from our overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel had a good location beside a large shopping mall with many fantastic eating places to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable, with great toiletries provided in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from.
The hotel's business services were far too expensive, especially when compared to the regular market prices.

The hotel offers a great variety of food, being able to please all tastes. its location is perfect as it is just a short walk away from a historical site that should not be missed. The most enjoyable aspect was the comfortable and cozy bed, which made the stay a lot more pleasant.
The language barrier made communication difficult with some of the staff who did not speak English. there were some small issues with the cleanliness of the room that could be improved.
